What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Demand Generation Marketer at Cliniconex, you'll play a vital role in developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs that generate leads and drive revenue growth. Your work will contribute directly to our mission of improving patient care by connecting healthcare providers with the right tools, and you'll have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy and make a real impact on the business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, in-person events, paid media, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
  • Relationship Management: Manage external relationships such as web development, content creation, design and agency to optimize demand gen programs.
  • Content Distribution: Collaborate with the brand and product marketing team on engaging and informative content that attracts and converts our target audience (e.g., white papers, ebooks, blog posts, case studies).
  • Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign) to nurture leads and optimize campaign performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget effectively.

What We're Looking For:

We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual who:

  • Has 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Has a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Is proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
  • Has a strong analytical mindset and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Is a creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with paid media advertising (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience in the healthcare IT industry
