What You'll Be Doing:
As a Business Development Representative at Cliniconex, you'll play a vital role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for our healthcare communication solutions. Your work will contribute directly to our mission of improving patient care, and you'll have the opportunity to connect with healthcare providers across North America.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential new clients through various channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
- Needs Analysis: Understand the communication challenges faced by healthcare providers and position Cliniconex solutions effectively.
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual who:
- Has a proven track record of success in lead generation and business development, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Possesses a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Is proficient with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Has a strong understanding of the healthcare industry (preferred).
