Role Overview

As a valuable member of our Customer Success team, your role is integral in creating positive customer experiences. You will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, fostering retention, loyalty and advocacy.

Your focus will be on delivering a quality experience through onboarding, account management, product demonstrations, and facilitating customer education. Additionally, you'll collaborate with clients to configure our system, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with their functional needs and look and feel.

Internally, you'll work alongside teams such as Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, and Product, representing the voice of the customer. Your efforts will contribute to sustaining the value we provide to our customers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial Client meeting to discover current clinic.facility workflow, and patient communication requirements. Discuss best practice and CCX automated solutions based on current workflow needs.
  • Configure the setup of all clinic/facility preferences, templates, special instructions.
  • Test account end-to-end, including all templates as well as run simulations in test environment, to ensure accuracy before going live.
  • Conduct Client account reviews and update teams as required.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise post-implementation (and during the onboarding period) and coordinating with the support team or development team for resolution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and updates to the company's products and services, and continuously update skills and knowledge to adapt to changing requirements and environments.

Qualifications and Skills:

We're on the lookout for an individual with a proactive approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong ability to interpret client needs to drive positive outcomes.

  • Proven client relationship building skills including empathy, humility, adaptability, poise, and persuasiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated track record of working in a client-facing role.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with Google Suite, or ticket systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in conducting client training and presentations through virtual platforms such as Google Meets and other web-conferencing tools.
  • Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Medical Office Administrator, Medical Transcriptionist and/or equivalent education and work experience

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Background in healthcare or senior living administration.
  • 0-3 years of related experience in a SaaS or software company.
