We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our team and to help us deliver the next

generation of HYAS solutions that drive change in cybersecurity and better protect client

networks.

About the Team

HYAS Product Management is a small but talented team of product thinkers, marketers,

technical experts, and designers. We concentrate on delivering innovative products that delight

clients while differentiating from the competition. We sit at the crossroads of all major business

functions and serve as a conduit of market signals, client preferences, and innovation

opportunities into our engineering team; plus, we own the responsibility of ensuring these inputs

are transformed into the right products at the right time with the right user experience.

What You’ll Do:

● Take ownership and be accountable for HYAS intelligence products

Develop and evolve GTM strategy in tandem with HYAS leadership

Define product requirements and manage requirements backlog

Coordinate across departments to incorporate client/market feedback, innovation ideas,

and other inputs to drive the product roadmap and new product introduction

● Partner with engineering and other stakeholders to ensure the right capabilities are built

in the right way

Collaborate with design to validate new product ideas internally and externally

Develop user impact, financial, and other justification models to drive backlog

prioritization

● Enable sales and marketing with market insights and product training

Support both pre-sales and post-sales engagements with clients

● Generate product marketing and messaging content to assist the marketing team

Conduct competitive analysis and maintain competitive battlecards

● Conduct post-release research to ensure the quality and fitness of released platform

enhancements

Evangelize your products internally and externally, including at conferences, webinars,

and user groups.

About You:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

Domain experience in cybersecurity, especially in cyber threat intelligence, SOC tools, or

network security

5+ years experience in product management shipping SaaS, Cloud, or OnPrem products

Experience aggregating client, market, competitive, and internal stakeholder feedback

Experiencing formulating go-to-market strategy and executing on roadmaps for

data-intensive B2B products

● Experience working with engineering, design, and QA on agile software development

teams

● You champion the notion of being data-informed to make decisions, but can still make

effective decisions quickly with imperfect data

● Feel comfortable representing the voice of the user and can leverage it to read between

the lines and drive product innovation

● Self-driven and self-motivated with an ability to work independently, but can also work

effectively with teams to coordinate, collaborate, and get stuff done

● A pro at organizing, multitasking, and prioritizing

● Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation

● Ability to travel
