As the Senior Sales Executive - Mitel Channel, you will be responsible for developing and executing the channel partner strategy with Mitel and the Mitel Partner ecosystem with a primary objective to drive revenue growth and market penetration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and nurture relationships with Mitel, Mitel partners, distributors, and resellers. Your role will be instrumental in achieving our company's goals and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive Mitel channel partner strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
  • Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and resellers that complement our product/service offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing and prospective Mitel Provide them with the necessary support, training, and resources to drive their success.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales enablement programs, including training materials, collateral, and promotions, to drive partner sales.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners. Develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, standards, and contractual agreements.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in channel management and partner development.
  • Strong understanding of Unified Communications, Collaboration Software within the concept of the Modern Workplace.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM and channel management software.
