Partner Account Manager
Martello Technologies
We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to recruit, enable, and drive revenue through MSP partners for our Microsoft Teams Monitoring Solution. This role is responsible for building a high-performing MSP ecosystem, ensuring that partners successfully sell and deploy our marketing leading solution to end customers.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with MSP’s, strong partner recruitment and enablement skills and are comfortable with long sales cycles.
This is a remote role, ideally located in Massachusetts.
You are a great fit if you:
MSP Partner Recruitment & Activation
- Identify, recruit, and onboard 5-10 new MSPs per quarter.
- Guide MSPs through a structured onboarding process to ensure first deal success.
- Work with marketing to drive co-branded demand generation campaigns for MSPs.
Partner Enablement & Sales Acceleration
- Conduct sales training and technical enablement for MSPs.
- Develop an MSP playbook with value propositions, use cases, and ROI messaging.
- Co-sell with MSPs on early deals, providing pre-sales and pricing support.
Sales Pipeline & Performance Management
- Manage a portfolio of 15-20 active MSPs, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
- Track deal registrations, sales forecasts, and partner progress in a CRM/PRM system.
- Ensure partners hit revenue targets, with ongoing coaching and strategic incentives.
Growth & Retention
- Drive partner loyalty & growth by implementing tiered incentive programs.
- Optimize MSP onboarding timelines, reducing the time to first deal.
- Expand cross-sell and upsell opportunities for existing MSP partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years in MSP focussed channel sales (VARs, MSPs, or distributors)
- Experience selling SaaS, Cloud or IT solutions ($20K+ACV deals preferred)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, UCaaS, and cloud collaboration tools
- Track record of partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue growth
- Ability to manage a 6-month MSP sales cycle and drive pipeline momentum
- Excellent presentation and sales training skills (Webinars, Lunch & Learns, etc.)
- Comfortable using Salesforce, Apollo, and Magentrix to track pipeline and sales performance
