#CareersThatKickSaas! ProntoForms’ Marketing team is growing and looking for an experienced and creative Content Marketing Manager to help lead execution of the company’s B2B content plans. The ideal candidate understands the universal nature of communication but acknowledges the nuances of customer-centric enterprise marketing.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Brand and Communication, the Content Marketing Manager will actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the communications team and produce engaging digital and print content, including white papers, case studies, social media posts, infographics, and presentations. You will internalize the ProntoForms voice and ensure consistent messaging while leveraging proven communication techniques and practices to perform, analyze, and refine your work.

Must be located in Toronto, ON to collaborate in office 3X weekly

Key responsibilities

  • Support strategy building and lead content production in line with organizational priorities
  • Collaborate with various teams within ProntoForms (Sales, People and Culture, Product Management, etc.) to support ongoing content requirements
  • Maintain an ongoing pipeline of content in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to tell a cohesive and coherent brand story
  • Establish relationships with customer-facing teams to constantly refine our organizational understanding of the enterprise customers
  • Implement and enforce the brand identity and voice to ensure consistency in all written communication

Education and experience

  • University degree in journalism, marketing, communications, English or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing and/or communications in a B2B environment
  • Tech/SaaS experience is an asset
  • Proven work experience in content development and writing
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing project deadlines and evolving priorities
  • Knowledge of B2B-specific social media practices, SEO, and web traffic metrics
  • Familiarity with social media

  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills in English
  • Proven project management skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of enterprise marketing
