Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager - Customer Engagement Platform Services with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for sales and an interest in the e-commerce industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

What you will do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the e-commerce industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Fluent in Romanian
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the e-commerce industry and customer engagement platforms is a plus
