Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of product features, from requirement gathering to release
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation (PRD, how-to guides etc.)
  • Assist with QA and UAT to ensure features are delivered according to requirements and edge cases are identified early
  • Clearly communicate updates and requirements in English to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats across all channels.
  • Work closely with development teams to define product requirements and technical specifications for multi-channel marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, engineering, customer success) to support successful releases
  • Analyse product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in product management or a related role (business analysis, product operations, growth, etc.) ideally within a SaaS environment
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and ability to interpret KPIs
  • Basic technical literacy (e.g. APIs, integrations, event tracking) with an ability to translate technical topics into clear requirements
  • Ability to prioritise based on impact and customer value
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, iterative environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
