Overview

Solace is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Singapore. If you’re passionate about technology and thrive in a high-energy environment, this is the opportunity for you! As an SDR at Solace, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base by focusing on outbound prospecting. You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and booking meetings with potential clients, primarily through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. What You Will Do:

  • Generate leads and build a pipeline through outbound activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities.
  • Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop targeted campaigns.

Who You Are:

  • Must be a highly energetic and driven individual with the ability to stay consistently focused and persistent.
  • Strong cold calling skills with a history of success in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.) is a plus.
