Overview.

Solace is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual to join our team to manage and execute key marketing operations activities. This role will support both marketing automation and demand generation efforts, driving lead progression through the funnel and generating sales pipeline. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Lead, the ideal candidate will bring a mix of experience in demand generation and hands-on work with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce. They should be well-versed in email marketing, digital campaign execution (including LinkedIn paid ads), and best practices, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges.

In This Role You Will:

  • Email Campaign Execution: Own the execution of both one-time and nurture email programs, including program setup, audience segmentation, A/B testing, deployment, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Paid Campaign Execution: Assist in building and launching paid digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, ensuring they align with overall marketing goals.
  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to optimize paid campaigns based on data insights and performance analysis.
  • Webinar Support: Support the execution of webinars by setting up registration pages, managing attendee communications, and analyzing event performance to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Lead Management: Manage the import of trade show and event attendee lists into Marketo, ensuring accurate follow-up and engagement with leads.
  • Lead Scoring: Implement lead scoring for new marketing assets and content to ensure appropriate lead prioritization.
  • UTM Tracking: Manage UTM creation and tracking to ensure accurate lead source attribution.
  • Form Management: Build and manage Marketo forms for web pages and landing pages, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data capture.
  • Data Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CASL for all email marketing efforts.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience executing programs and tasks and activities within a marketing automation tool, preferably Marketo
  • Experience supporting the execution of digital marketing paid campaigns
  • A resourceful problem-solver—you take initiative, troubleshoot issues independently, and proactively recommend solutions.
  • A flexible and adaptable team player who is open to trying new approaches and willing to adjust to evolving needs and shifting priorities
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and prioritize tasks effectively.
