Job Description:

As a Junior Solution Engineer at Teldio Corporation, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of our solutions. Working closely with your team and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and engineering skills while contributing to meaningful projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of communication solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product management, to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Conduct testing and validation of products, identifying and resolving any issues to ensure the highest quality.
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including product manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Up to two years of experience in engineering or a related technical role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of communication systems and technologies.
  • Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
