About the team

The back-end team is the core of our engineering group. We handle many concerns across the organization including building new features in the product, building APIs to support our mobile applications and our form builder tool, site reliability engineering and aiding our support team to help our customers.

We are a flexible group that loves to try new ideas, learn from failures and celebrate successes together. We are very excited to add another QA Engineer to our team.

In this role you will:

  • Work in a small agile team to build the core back-end to our product
  • Collaborate to help build new features, support existing functionality and to ensure stability and high quality in both what we deliver to production and how we do it
  • Identify risks, develop test plans and work with developers to execute on them to build robust solutions to customer problems
  • Work closely with developers to ensure acceptance criteria are met

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Selenium, RestAssured, Java, SQL. Experience with Git, Gradle, AWS, Docker or JavaScript is a plus
  • Passion for improving software quality and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience building and maintaining automated test suites, with a strong foundation in manual testing techniques
  • Thorough understanding of test case creation, defect tracking, and regression testing strategies
  • Experience working in agile development environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, collaborative and open-minded approach to software development
  • Great attention to detail
  • Interest in becoming a domain expert and learning about our product and customers
