Role Overview
TrueContext is seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will focus on key areas like pricing and packaging strategies, solution messaging and positioning, and revenue optimization across the entire customer and product experience. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure our solutions resonate with target audiences in the energy, industrial equipment, and medical device markets—within the field service sector. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy, drive growth, and directly influence TrueContext’s success in these key industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing and Packaging Strategy: Lead the development and execution of pricing and packaging strategies for TrueContext’s products tailored to the energy, industrial equipment, and medical device markets.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform and refine pricing models and packaging options that drive revenue growth and market adoption.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Messaging and Positioning: Define clear, compelling messaging and positioning for TrueContext’s solutions and lead the creation of new positioning and packaging for industry-tailored solutions.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints, from sales collateral and website content to customer presentations and case studies.
- Create content and enablement resources that effectively communicate the value of TrueContext’s products, including use cases, benefits, ROI, and competitive differentiators.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about trends, customer pain points, and competitive offerings in the target industries (energy, industrial equipment, medical devices).
- Continuously assess market conditions and customer feedback to optimize the overall go-to-market approach.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management to influence product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and market demands.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create and refine sales enablement tools, training, and content to help drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Support product launches by developing go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Help orchestrate product launch campaigns, including content creation, internal training, and customer-facing initiatives to ensure maximum impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in B2B technology markets (experience in energy, industrial equipment, or medical device industries is a plus).
- Proven experience developing and executing pricing strategies and packaging models that drive revenue growth.
- Expertise in messaging and positioning, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives tailored to specific industries and buyer personas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience creating high-quality content and sales enablement materials.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive results with minimal supervision.
